This thermometer for humid and wet environments is ideal for calorimetry labs. Ruggedly constructed with an integral stainless steel probe, a sealed housing, and an LCD display, the instrument has a range of -10°C–200°C (14°F–392°F) and has a °C/°F switch. It reads to one decimal place and is accurate to ±1°C (±1.8°F). The memory records the highest and lowest temperature reached since the last reset.
