Flask Form Ice Bomb

When water freezes, its expansion creates a surprising amount of force. Water, previously boiled to remove any gases, is poured into this flask, completely filling it. Then the flask is sealed and frozen. Despite its heavy cast-iron walls, the flask can't support the pressure of the freezing water - and it cracks with a loud sound. Size is 8cm across with a tight-fitting screw-plug cap.
