Collapsing Metal Can
|
Its striking results compel many teachers to use this as a students first introduction to air pressure. We supply it with a rubber stopper fitted with a hose nipple. When evacuated, the can will collapse rather graphically. You can also collapse the can by boiling a small amount of water in the can until all the air is driven out, then closing the top with the included screw cap and letting it cool. Size: 21 x 13 x 9cm.
