Large Van de Graaff Generator

The “big brother” of our popular WL1914 Van De Graaff Electrostatic Generator, this large machine generates up to 400,000 volts under favorable conditions and outputs up to 10 microamps. Spark lengths up to 12" can be obtained and it will operate in humidities up to 90%. The machine features a transparent shock-resistant butyrate column that gives a clear view of the 2" wide belt’s operation and a 14" diameter oblate aluminum collector globe. The square metal base carries an on/off switch and a grounding terminal for attaching our CP70734-00 Discharge Electrode.
