Preserved Animal Survey Sets
These carefully preserved sets are outstanding for teaching animal classification. Each set consists of 24 specimens, sealed in individual jars with their classifications on the lids. They're preserved in our formaldehyde-free solution. Included with each set are a storage box, a complete manual detailing all 96 specimens in the 4 sets, and our Tree of Life Chart.
Note: Substitutions may be made where appropriate, depending on availability of specimens.

Includes 48 different specimens representing 13 phyla. Packed in clear glass bottles, the specimens can be closely studied without removing them. Or, if close study is required, the bottles can be opened and the specimens removed for closer examination. We recommend keeping them closed as a reference collection offering opportunities for teaching about biodiversity and taxonomy. Each specimen is packed in its own jar in Bio-Perm®.
