Organisms are supplied as liquid cultures on plastic screw-cap jars. Microscopic examination of cultures and frequent media changes are performed in order to ensure freshness and vigor in culture populations. An abundant quantity ensures positive identification and observation. Descriptive information relating to normal morphology and taxonomy is included on the individual label. Cultures contain living material sufficient for a class of 25-50 students.
