Chemplates
|
Chemplates can be rack of numbered “test tubes,” a gas generator, a water or test solution reservoir, or a demonstration container with an overhead projector. Microchemistry is safer because it uses small quantities of chemicals. A gas generator can be made with the snap-off cap and a small piece of tubing, with one chemical in the well below the cap and the other dropped in through the second port in the cap.
