Why buy two or three blood typing kits when one will do? X-Act Blood Typing Kit allows you to test a single blood sample for not only A, B, O, AB blood types but also the Rh factor. All eight blood types, four Rh+ and four Rh- types, are represented. Students see results identical to clinical tests. Working in pairs, there are enough materials for three classes of twenty-four students. AIDS module contains two additional samples which are pre-selected to contain the simulated AIDS antibody. Your students can perform the normal blood test and perform the ELISA test for AIDS. Teacher selects which of the blood samples will be HIV positive. Interesting biographical background sketches give an added human dimension to the blood samples. No human or animal blood products are used in this kit!
