Desert Biome Set
With our Biome Sets, you can bring North America's biological diversity to your students. Each Biome Set is made up of 24 individually labeled jars containing animals, plants, fungi, monerans, and protoctists. The specimens are carefully preserved in a formaldehyde-free solution guaranteeing long-lasting preservation. Each set also contains a comprehensive study guide with teacher suggestions, student questions, an ecological and phylogenic classification chart, a biome map, and a list of suggested activities. Additional study guides are available separately.
Note: Substitutions may be made where appropriate, depending on availability of specimens.
