The kit contains monocot and dicot stem cross sections, macerated stem tissues, 4 vials of differential stain, glycerine, 90 microscope slides and cover glasses, 30 tissue-transfer brushes, diagrams of stem-cell types and complete instructions with background information. Microscopes are required. Set is for 30 students.
