Give your students solid exposure to 4 different microorganisms - yeast, bacteria, algae and protozoa - and introduce them to sterile technique. Includes sterile media and containers for culturing fungi (yeast), bacteria, algae and protozoa plus, inoculating loops, labels, microscope slides, stain and other required items. You supply some local soil and pond water, a hot plate and burner. Include complete teacher notes, black line masters for the students and enough material for 24 students working in pairs. Does not contain living material.
