Use this unique device to make your own magnetic visuals to show chemical structures. Printed in two colors (blue and red) on flexible vinyl-coated magnetic sheets. Durable (1/32" thick) yet easily cut with scissors. Units adhere to magnetic boards and magnetic dry-erase systems. Positive ions have one "point" per charge, while negative ions have one "groove" per charge. Proper fit is achieved only by having the correct number of + and - ions. Includes booklet with reproducible ion fit sheets. Use to make overhead transparencies for your lectures or ion fit sheets for each student. Leave your students alone with these units for a while and they'll understand writing chemical formulas quickly.
