Owl P81 Puffin™ Vertical Electrophoresis Chamber
The most economical system for quick protein runs, this rugged chamber yields excellent results. The upper chamber spreads across entire gel for uniform heat distribution and the side clamps press evenly on gels providing uniform pressure and a leak proof seal. For cooler fast runs, the unit also is equipped with a notched alumina ceramic plate. The complete system includes both an upper and lower buffer chamber, lid with attached power supply leads, a notched glass plate, notched alumina ceramic plate, two 10 well 0.8 mm thick combs, and a spacer set at 0.8 mm thick. Buffer volume: 150ml. Gel size: 10 x 10 cm. Overall size: 18 x 8 x 13 cm.
