The durable chamber offers fast run times and easy operation. It runs one or two gels. Designed for use with 2-D, SDS, agarose, and native PAGE electrophoresis, this chamber allows you to cast and run up to two gels simultaneously. The acrylic system includes an upper and lower buffer chamber, lid with attached power supply leads, four plain glass plates, two notched glass plates, an 0.8mm thick spacer set, blocking plate for single gel runs, and two 10 well, 0.8mm thick combs. Buffer volume: 300ml. Gel size: 10 x 10cm or 10 x 8cm. Overall size: 18 x 8 x 13 cm.
