Sound Generator
Designed for use in place of tuning forks, this compact battery powered sound source attaches directly to a resonance apparatus for easy use and accurate results. The generator produces a sine wave at three fixed frequencies – 400Hz, 600Hz, and 800Hz – selected by the simple touch of a button. Produced sound amplitude is within a range which is adequate for reliably exciting an audible resonance, but not so much that the resonance is drowned out by the excitation. Powered by a 9V battery or optional plug in power supply. Size: 15.25 x 7 x 2.8 cm.
