Four push buttons offer quick function access, while an on-screen keyboard offers the ability to take notes during experiments. Six channels for data collection include a built-in air temperature sensor, microphone, and sound sensor, plus USB standard and USB mini-AB ports. The device works with existing Vernier sensors and collects data samples at a rate of 100k per second. Splash-proof rubber molding provides durability for use in the field and lab. The LabQuest also includes 50 embedded experiments and a periodic table. Features LED backlight, 320 x 240 pixel display, 40 MB data storage with expandable memory through SD/MMC card.
