The Standard-Setting Chart for Spectroscopy

This colorful 40" x 28" chart illustrates 20 spectra of 3 types with wavelength scales in nm. The top line shows the continuous emission spectrum of a black body at 6000 K. The middle group, the bright line spectra of the elements Li, Na, K, Ca, Sr and Ba, and the gases H2, He, Ne and Ar, and diatomic carbon. The bottom group shows absorption spectra with principal Fraunhofer lines of solar light plus those of chlorophyll a, lycopin, cytochrome and didymium glass. Printed on markable laminated stock, it has formed metal moldings at top and bottom and eyelets for hanging.
