Spooling of Chromosomal DNA Kit
|
(EDVO-Kit 107)DNA exists as a large macromolecule which is readily extracted from cells. This kit demonstrates the extraction of DNA by spooling onto a glass rod. Does not require electrophoresis. Reagents and materials for 10 to 30 spoolings. Kit contents (room temperature storage): Concentrated chromosomal DNA, Concentrated buffer, and five Glass Rods. Required, but not included: standard glassware, 95-100% isopropanol, and distilled or deionized H2O.
