Ceramic Ring Magnets
|
These ring magnets are made of a mixture of barium and iron oxides and are magnetized along their length. They have a high resistance to demagnetization and need no keeper. The central hole allows them to be threaded onto a pencil or glass rod to demonstrate repulsion as "floating magnets". They may be stacked - 45 high in this way. Each magnet is 6mm thick. Available in two sizes.
