Fundamental Types Crystal Lattice Models

A classroom set of 14 crystal lattice types, representing the 6 fundamental crystal structures from which most natural crystals originate. The models are solidly built to withstand years of hard student handling. Each has from 8 to 14 one-inch wooden spheres, color-coded according to crystal type, connected by sturdy metal rods. Measuring 4" to 7" along each edge, the models are large enough to see from all areas of the classroom. The set includes: orthorhombic base-centered, orthorhombic face-centered, cubic body-centered, monoclinic base-centered, cubic face-centered, orthorhombic body-centered, hexagonal, monoclinic primitive, tetragonal body centered, tetragonal primitive, triclinic, rhombohedral, orthorhombic primitive and cubic primitive models. Furnished completely assembled and labeled.
