Turntable for Overhead Projector or Tabletop Turntable for Overhead Projector or Tabletop

WLT46412-00      $55.99

Demonstrate circular motion in both vertical and horizontal planes. One part of this kit developed by John Koser is used as a turntable for centripetal force demonstrations that can be placed on an overhead projector so the whole class can see or used as a tabletop model. A clear disc with concentric circles is attached to a motor. Place the disc on an overhead projector or tabletop, connect it to a 6V DC power supply, and place objects on it. As the disc rotates, the objects begin to slide. The resulting vectors can be drawn right onto the projected image on your blackboard. Includes instructions. Requires a DC power supply (0-12 V) sold separately.
