This large magnetic, dry-erase board provides a series of recording and demonstration instruments such as rain gauge, thermometer, barometer and Wind Force Scale. Charts illustrate UV index and common cloud types. A large magnetic topographical map of North America allows students to track weather patterns across the continent using 36 magnetic weather symbols. These magnetic pieces are easily moved along the map as weather changes from day to day. On the reverse side, the weather board provides detailed information for the UV Index chart and ten popular weather forecasting instruments.
