Sturdy construction of this six-model set, a WARD’S exclusive, makes it a permanent classroom addition. Clear acetate reveals several aspects of each form, from pinacoids and prism faces externally, to simple pyramids internally. A brass mounting rod serves both as a crystallographic axis and a shaft for rotating each model on its labeled wooden base. A white cord serves as an axis, and black lines on the outer model illustrate yet another form. The set comes with a study guide.
