Dietary Assessment Kit

This kit provides your students with the necessary tools for quantitatively evaluating their own dietary requirements. Students are asked to record their food intake and calorie count for three days and compare these figures with their energy requirements for the same period. Includes materials for 24 students, a teacher’s manual, Nutritive Value of Foods, energy requirement and expenditure charts, fast food calorie counters, food diaries and food value recording charts, and student instruction sheets.
