Designed by teachers, this investigative kit allows serious students to observe qualitatively and quantitatively the nature and growth of various microbes in cultured soil samples over several days. Lab activities utilize techniques needed to successfully culture microbes. Enough material for 30 students working in pairs. Includes manual and student copy master.
