Well, it's not the most accurate anemometer I've used, but it is the most compact. Tested against a VWR traceable vane model this one is a few MPH off, but stays within +/-5mph. This one is much smaller, about half the size of a deck of cards, and much lighter. Sample rates are pretty slow for both air speed and temperature. If you're not looking for spot-on accuracy, this is a lightweight, easy to carry unit.
